Do you need an appointment to come in to the store?

We recommend you make an appointment for a bridal party, however if you just browsing for an evening dress or prom dress you can drop in with out an appointment. Our Bridal Boutique is on 4040 Steeles Ave West Unit #30, you can book a time on our website in the “contact” section, or alternatively you can call us at 905-265-1887.

How many people can I bring to my Bridal Appointment?

Keep it simple 1-4 people is plenty, a side from the bride you may want to invite your maid of honour a parent, future in laws, a sister/brother or a good friend, in short people that are close to you. Make sure who ever it is that they come prepared to help you and that they are patient, as you will need people that have a positive outlook.

What times are you opened?

We open 7 days a week, except for national holidays. Our hours are Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 11 a.m to 6. p.m. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 11 a.m to 9 p.m and Sunday’s from 12 p.m to 4. pm.

When can my alterations get started?

Generally speaking based on our experience, it is best to start your alterations 2-3 months before your wear date or your big day.

What do I need to bring for my first fitting appointment?

Be sure to bring the shoes that you will be wearing that evening, or at least a shoe similar in height so that our Alteration Specialist can get proper dimensions.

How long does it take for my dress to arrive?

Depending on the dress you have chosen, it can take from 4 to 8 months, also depending on what needs to be done the Alterations can take up to another 2 to 3 months. Unless you are buying an of f- the rack - weeding - gown, which of course will cut down on arrival time, however you still have to remember and allocate time for the Alteration Specialist to work their magic in customizing it to fit your silhouette and unique body type.
